Urban London Vogue Returns Policy

Is it possible to return an order?

Yes, returns are possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is intact as originally received.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. A live tracking ID for the return shipment is provided.
6. The return complies with the exceptions outlined below.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period. Items may be refused if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Goods

Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for return:

1. Items sold in one of our sales or promotional deals, including any purchased with a discount code.
2. Customised or personalised items.
3. Gift cards.
4. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Send an email to: uvlondon@cdcgloballtd.com
2. Ensure the email includes the following details:
   • Order number
   • Reason for the return request
   • Photo of the product in case of breakage
   • First name and last name of the customer
   • Customer address
   • Live tracking ID for the return shipment

We will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender’s address; use the address we provide after processing your request. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

A. Cancellation Conditions

• Right of Cancellation: The cancellation period is 30 days from the day the customer or a third party named by the customer (other than the carrier) receives the last goods.

  As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and refunds are not possible before receipt of the goods.

• How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: Inform us (Urban London Vogue) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear declaration (e.g., via email). The revocation is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Record for Shipments in Transit: As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods before initiating a return. You may inform us in advance about your intention to cancel.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs for a delivery method other than our standard option). Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
